At&t autopay records indicate credit card is due to expire..?

got a letter in the mail from at & t autopay program..

update credit card info, but dont want to login to the at&t or calling..someway on the internet?

  • If you don't want to login to their website, call the toll-free number on your statement and give your new number or expiration date to customer service.

  • Expiration date 10/31/18

  • Not sure if you've already done something, but make sure to login to your account via the main AT&T page you normally use and not any link provided in the mailer. I received a similar notice, but when I check online, my card is not set to expire for two years. I don't know if this is AT&T with bad information management or a fishing scam using old-fashioned snail mail, but just wanted to make sure you're careful.

  • It's a scam. I bet it's asking you to send it to Southfield MI, right? I get probably 3 or 4 of these per year. I wish AT&T or the FBI would do something about these guys...
