Can you suggest a good app for weight lifting?

I’ve been using Stronglifts 5×5 for about a year and a half, I use the Stronglifts app and it’s a nice simple way to keep track of weights, sets, and time between sets.

Now I’m switching to “Fierce 5” Novice Routine and not sure if there’s an app I could use that would work well with this, that’s as simple to use as the Stronglifts app.

I’m guessing a more general app that allows you to add in your own exercises, sets, reps, weights, etc.

Any suggestions?
