Forgotten password to TFL Oyster online?

I have forgotten my password and username. First I retrieved username, this went fine. Then I clicked forgotten password button and I received an email with my new password. Then I tried logging in with this new password and it won’t work. I tried again with the same result. I then tried to complain about it using online form but it asks me for some security answer I don’t even remember was ever created. Is there any way to fix this without having to call?
