My friend wanted to lose weight and I told her ill be her weight loss buddy because I realy want her to follow through on this, so we were wondering how much weight could she lose in 50 days if she worked super hard exersised dailey and ate healthy. -thanks

  • Well simple changes can get you to loose maybe 2 pounds a week if that.

    But many ppl prefer the hard but worth it deting which can be 5 or more pounds a week, its very healthy so dont worry.

    just no sugar, caffine, breads rices potatoes fo any kind.

    50 days if you incorporate exersicing.. the good thing about this diet if u dont work out your still looking at 5 pounds a week. But with exersice Id estimate at 30 to even 50 pounds, if she kinda heavy it will come off much quicker and easier at first than someone who doesnt need to loose much.

  • I was shy, I didn't want to be the centre of attention, I didn't like getting my picture taken. Yes, I had to speak in public, and that was because it was for my job. So I would get up there and I would speak, .but I really didn't want anyone to really be looking at me.

  • around 2 pounds per week if you are really dedicated so maybe around 15 pounds. but my advice is dont worry much about cardio, and put some weight lifting in there to balance things out..
