  • while apple makes things difficult to transfer music, videos and files in iPod, Sharepod paved a way to make things easy and safe. This fast freeware tool transfers your files and allows you to perform some basic editing. You can use it to delete art, playlists, music, and videos from your iPod, edit tags, and you can also transfer from your computer to your iPod without having to use iTunes. • In England you often see ads for ‘Colonic Irrigation. Both Princess Diana and Fergie used to have it done pretty often. Basically a rubber tube is inserted into your colon and a jet of warm water and soap is run into it with another tube taking away the surplus. It’s supposed to get all the caked in excrement from the ridges in the bowels out and generally clean the colon. However there’s no evidence of any benefit from this. I personally have had several colonoscopys where they insert a camera inside your colon with a light so you can see it on a TV screen. Following the stuff they give you to empty your bowels you can see that, at least in my case since I’ve not seen anyone else’s. there was no internal residue at all so I’d think that anyone having such treatment will probably be wasting their money. There’s always the danger that the natural mucus that lines the intestines and protects them from inflammation and infection will be washed away or damaged so my advice is to stay well clear.
