NOLLE PROS-COMP PTI, what does it mean and how can I answer these questions?

I am applying to volunteer at my university and I am afraid that I will get rejected due to this case. I was charged with grand theft 3rd degree and my disposition was NOLLE PROS-COMP PTI. The university asked these 3 questions, have you ever been convicted to a criminal offense as an adult? Have you ever plead guilty or NOLO CONTENDERE to, or been convicted of, a misdemeanor or felony? Have you ever had an adjunction of guilt withheld to a crime which is a felony or a misdemeanor? How should i answer to these questions and should i provide a letter explaining my case?

  • Nolle Pros-comp Pti

  • Well, you were at the hearings so you should know that NOLLE PROS means they did not prosecute because COMP PTI means completed pretrial intervention.

Have you ever had an adjunction of guilt withheld to a crime which is a felony or a misdemeanor? Yes you have.

They feel they’re smarter, and so they answer either with a dry sarcastic remark, witty comment, or a just place obscene answer. I don’t know why they do it, to be honest..I mean, it’s the persons belief. Some atheists consider themselves wise, and intelligent. So they talk down to the people they consider lower then they are (The “Pro-religion” people). To be wise requires humility, and that requires tolerance..Meaning..Just let people be. You think they’re ignorant? Fine, let them be.. People can be so..er..Whats the word? Selfish?
