  1. Thanks for the post. I find that my main issue is not being patient with myself. I know all of the things I’m “supposed” to do to achieve a goal, but when I don’t see results, I tend to get extremely frustrated. That, of course, leads to quitting too often. Nothing ground breaking in this realization of course, but I’m guessing that I’m not the only one who needs to learn to give myself some time and learn to live with (and focus on ) long term results.
