It means the animal was only vegetable fed with organic foods and it was kept in a comfortable living condition without any steriods or other unnatural supplements being fed to the animals.

“green meat” means freshly slaughtered meat that is not aged to develop tenderness and flavor.
I think it means organic, as in not injected with BGH or antibiotics and fed a “wild” diet.
