Which draws more current, a 100W lightbulb or a 75W bulb? Which has the greater resistance?

Assuming that the voltage stays constant in the equation P = VI, then the 100W light bulb draws more current.
The situation with resistance is trickier, but if we assume that they are in receiving the same current or are in series, then the 100W light bulb will have the greater resistance.
