epinephrine and norepinephrine
The structure pictured in the diagram is an adrenal gland. An adrenal gland is situated above each kidney and is made up of the medulla and the cortex. While the cortex produces the aldosterone, a hormone that controls the amount of minerals in the blood as well as blood pressure, the medulla produces epinephrine and norepinephrine.
Epinephrine and nonepinephrine, also known as adrenaline and non-adrenaline are responsible for the events involved in a fight or flight response
