    a) U=k.Q1.Q2/r^2. =(9*10^9)(+20*10^-9)(-10*10^-9)/(0,15) = -1.2*10^-5 J

    b) F=k*Q1*Q2/r^2

    =(9*10^9)(20*10^-9)(10*10^-9)/(0,15)^2

    =8*10^-5 N attractive force
